No. Stopping renewal keeps your paid features available through the paid-access date shown in My account. After that, you can continue using the free Study Buddy desk. Cancel before your next scheduled payment and check that the cancellation confirmation appears.

If you authorised the subscription with UPI, you can also manage its mandate in the UPI app you used. Look for its AutoPay, Mandates, or Subscriptions section, select the matching mandate, and follow that app’s cancellation steps. Labels vary by app. Check that the cancellation succeeded. For a cancellation problem or an unclear account status, contact our support email with your account email and subscription ID.

No. Signing out, closing a tab, or clearing browser data does not cancel a subscription. Use Stop monthly renewal in My account, or cancel the UPI mandate in your UPI app if you paid through UPI.

Check that you are signed in with the Google account used for the purchase. If your account already says monthly renewal is stopped, there is nothing more to confirm on the website. If you cannot find your subscription or the cancellation fails, email meowmeow1234788@gmail.com so we can investigate. An error message is not confirmation that renewal has stopped.

Study Kitten is ₹59 per month and Scholar Cat is ₹99 per month, including the first month. These are recurring monthly subscriptions. Razorpay displays the amount and renewal terms before you authorise payment. There is no current launch discount or free paid-plan trial.

Payments are processed through Razorpay checkout. Use one of the methods it offers for your subscription; available methods can depend on your bank, app, and eligibility. UPI AutoPay and recurring card payments require you to authorise a recurring payment arrangement. Study With Cat does not receive or store your full card details, UPI PIN, or payment OTP.

Sign in with the Google account used for the purchase, then open My desk → My account to refresh your membership. Premium activates after the server confirms a successful subscription payment; a pending or failed payment does not unlock it. If your bank shows a successful debit and your account still shows free access, contact support with the payment ID, date, amount, and your sign-in email. Please check with us before paying again.

An incomplete checkout does not grant premium. If a payment may have completed, check My account and your payment status before retrying. An existing subscription’s renewal authorisation is separate from closing a checkout window; use the cancellation steps above to stop future renewals.

No. Stopping renewal and refunding a completed payment are separate actions. If you see an unexpected or duplicate charge, or want to ask about a refund, email our support team with the payment details so we can review the issue. The cancellation button does not issue a refund.

Yes. Study Buddy includes the adjustable Pomodoro timer, task list, current wallpapers and music, and a kitten you can name, pet, and play with. A subscription is optional. You can browse the paid kittens and outfits before deciding to subscribe.

No plan can promise a particular grade or study result. The paid features add personalisation, saved routines, and tools for reflection or studying together. Your goals and pace stay yours.

Backup is an explicit save-and-restore feature for cat-club settings, saved spaces, and the study journal. It does not upload your free task list or your own music files, and it does not automatically merge devices. Read what the website stores.
